About Shoshi (Rose) Tau – Founder’s Story

Shoshi (Rose) Tau is an experienced Occupational Therapist in Israel, with over a decade of expertise working with children with developmental delays, autism, learning disabilities, sensory processing disorders, and mental disabilities. She holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Haifa and has spent the last seven years managing teams of occupational therapists within the Israeli education system.

Her work has involved creating seminars, designing intervention programs, and providing direct support to children and families.

Shoshi’s journey into this field is deeply personal. As the mother of three children, including her youngest son, Ofir, who was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder, Shoshi has firsthand experience with the challenges of navigating a world that isn’t always designed for children with unique needs. Ofir’s diagnosis required constant adaptation, creative solutions, and resilience—qualities that Shoshi brings into her work with All Inclusive ED.

Her personal experience fuels her passion for building programs that offer practical, customized solutions to children and their families, ensuring that no one feels left behind.

Shoshi’s Role in All Inclusive ED

At All Inclusive ED, Shoshi plays a central role in shaping the vision and methodology of the program. She develops tailored curriculums designed to meet the needs of children with different diagnoses, including autism, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges. Shoshi also trains and mentors educational teams, empowering them with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in their roles. Her focus on fostering professional growth helps reduce staff turnover and ensures children receive consistent, high-quality support.

Shoshi’s work emphasizes collaboration with parents as key partners in their child’s development. She believes that engaging parents in the process creates a holistic approach, bridging the gap between home and educational settings. Through coaching sessions and intervention programs, Shoshi equips families with practical strategies to enhance their child’s participation and well-being in everyday activities.

With All Inclusive ED, Shoshi Tau has built a program that reflects her belief in the power of inclusion, long-term skill-building, and teamwork. Her unique combination of professional expertise and personal insight creates a compassionate, impactful approach that helps children, families, and educators work together to achieve meaningful change.

About All Inclusive ED

All Inclusive ED is a specialized program designed to create inclusive environments where children with special needs can actively participate and grow. Our approach goes beyond traditional education by focusing on empowering the entire support system—educators, parents, and communities. With customized training programs and practical strategies, we aim to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed, both in structured educational settings and in their daily lives.

We recognize that inclusion is a journey, not a destination. Each child brings unique strengths and challenges, which is why our program emphasizes flexible learning methods and adaptive activities. Our goal is to equip educators and caregivers with the skills to meet children where they are and to foster a sense of belonging. By providing practical, real-world tools, we help teams build a solid foundation for long-term success and sustainability.

Our Approach to Inclusion

Training for Educational Teams: We provide hands-on workshops and professional development to help staff understand how to adapt tasks, environments, and activities for children with diverse needs. Teams are guided to develop their own professional toolkits, fostering competence and reducing burnout.

Parental Collaboration: Families are essential partners in the journey of inclusion. Through coaching sessions and workshops, we provide parents with tools to support their child’s growth at home, ensuring a consistent approach between school and family life.

Skill-Building for Children: Our programs are designed with a long-term view, focusing on both social and practical skills. From sensory regulation to group participation, each child receives individualized support to help them engage meaningfully in activities with their peers.

Sustainable Change Through Community Engagement: We work closely with schools, community centers, and after-school programs to embed inclusive practices into everyday activities. Our program encourages gradual change, focusing on the process rather than just outcomes, to create meaningful and lasting inclusion.

By fostering collaboration between all stakeholders, All Inclusive ED builds a bridge between home, school, and community. Our vision is to create a world where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to thrive.
